This is one of the most important tips I will share in  The LBD’s Guide to a Just Too FabYOUlous and Healthy You!

I believe it is a cornerstone to your emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

And here it is ~ Only you can change you and change your life!

No one else can change your life for you.  Sadly, no one can really convince you to change your life either.  Family and friends can beg, plead, cajole, barter, threaten, or even withhold things to try to get you to change. But in the end it is up to you to make the changes necessary to live a better life.

It is only you who can choose to change your life.

Winters’ Wise Word on his blog yesterday was,  Nothing changes if nothing changes.” These were words spoken by a mother of a former drug addict now celebrating full recovery.  I love that!

How true, when in AA they say “If you do the same thing over and over again you will get the same result.”  The reality is something must change and only we are in charge of that change. Only we can choose to eat better, get more exercise, stop drinking, stop smoking, stop taking that abuse, go to church, let go of clutter, let go of the affair, quit over spending, stop giving in to your kids … the list goes on and on.

Here is the  bottom line~ We must stop wishing our life was better, and wishing those people hadn’t hurt us so much. We can’t just click our heals together and our life will change in the blink if an eye.  We must do something about it.  We must act. We must pray.  We must seek out support and most of all we need God’s help!  We need to get into to the word and seek the Lord most of all.

We must choose to change our life today!

It is painful, yes, but it is true.  We spend much of our lives blaming others.  Blaming them for what they didn’t do, what they did do, or for what they could have done and chose not to do and blah … blah … blah …

I too am guilty of psychoanalyzing situations.  Asking myself things like, “What could I have done differently?”  But I too know that is helpful only to a point.   We can spend way too many hours trying to change the past but the past will remain the same.  We can torture ourselves over our past choices but they are in the past.

The causes, which can lead opacc.cv purchase cialis to male impotence in older men include Atherosclerosis, Diabetes and Hormonal Disorder. In order to make effective medicines millions of drugs are well vasodilator or PDE-5 inhibitors that majorly work to pump more blood near generic viagra pills male regenerative area. These are viagra on line opacc.cv vessels or nerves that carry blood into the corpora cavernosa, which is a rod shaped structure in the penis and which when filled with blood and the erection is occurred. In the last two months, there have been at least two instances where the promoters are buying out Learn More on line levitra the partners and putting the pool of income generating assets together. We can lose precious time, too much life-giving energy and waste far too much of our breath and adjectives trying to rethink the past and how that individual or individuals screwed up our perfect world.

But our world was never really perfect, was it? REALLY?  People will let you down and we will even let ourselves down by the choices we have made but we must move on.

We are the only ones who can really change our lives. I usually look at it like this, I believe God sees the big picture and I don’t.

So what do you do when you find yourself  in the middle of God’s will and somebody else goes and screws it up or you flat out screw it up yourself?

I mean it, what do you do? When you are on the path you feel is right and it seems to get derailed? I suggest you get your train back on track and fast.  The longer you sit, the more time you waste time getting to where you want and need to be.

Again, I suggest you move on. We are the only ones who can make the choices necessary for us to live a better life.  Yes, you and I are the only ones who can set our sights on our goals, our dreams, our passions and pursuits. Then we must go for it and quit wasting our precious time mulling over the past.

When it comes to dealing with others opinion of you, here is what I would say, Well, so they don’t like you and the choices you make. Do you like you?  Does God like you?  Does God approve of your choices? Do you like the choices you are making?  If you can say yes to all four, well then Sister I say move on, yes move on.

Try not to waste another moment thinking about what you should have done or could have been.  No!  Spend your energy building the life that can be!

Once again Sister, I say move on and start living the life YOU want and God wants for you!  Don’t be a victim but be victorious in your life’s pursuits for health, happiness and wholeness!

Be blessed and encouraged today as you begin to change yourself and your life one step, one thought, one action at time!
