A New Year is here!

And yes, everywhere you turn you can find something about getting organized, getting healthy and changing your life.  Personally,  I can’t think of a more perfect time to dream and cast a vision for the life you want.

Dream about your future and the life you want to build for yourself and your family.

The beginning of the new year is a perfect time to start asking yourself some tough questions.

Questions like these:

What does the life I want look like?

What does it feel like?

What doesn’t it look like and feel like?

What kind of plan do I need to get where I want to go?

My favorite questions ever are also, What is no longer serving me well? and What is keeping me tethered to a life I no longer want?

To live the life we want we must be intentional and we must have an intentional plan.

I urge you to think about what you are ready to let go of  that is holding you back from fulfilling your dreams.

Face your internal and external road blocks head on. Address them by being honest with yourself and others.  Are they real or imagined?  It is time to let them go too and move on.

Sometimes people hold us back but sometimes we have to quite the voices in our minds that holding you back as well.

Let yourself dream without limitations, fear or reservation.

Cast a vision.  Imagine the possibilities.  Be Inspired to go for what you want.

Draw a picture, write down scriptures or cut out words that are inspirational to you and hang them on your mirror or wall. Make a dream board.  Write in your journal.  Tell a friend what you want to be when you grow up and by all means make a plan.

Don’t mess with just new year’s resolutions but rather ask God to help you to fulfill His purpose in you and through you and then surround yourself with the right people to help you to get there.

It is key to stay in the word of God.  Pray often and find a church that is on fire for Christ.

Dear sweet friends, life is short so don’t waste another moment or another year wasting precious time wishing your your life was different with out taking any action to make it so.   It is time to become the person you have always wanted to be!

Be inspired to follow your heart, your passion, your calling, your goals and  your dreams.

So as we step into this new year be blessed and encouraged abundantly as we step boldly with a renewed sense of vision, passion and purpose!

Philippians 3: 13-14 But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead.  I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Jesus Christ.
