Staying with the theme of changing our lives as well as seeking to live our real authentic life I thought I would share this blog.  I believe it is one of the most important tips I will share in  The LBD’s Guide to a Fit, FabYOUlous, Bold and Beautiful You from the Inside Out!

It is a cornerstone to your emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

And here it is ~ Only you can change you and change your life!

No one else can change your life for you.  Sadly, no one can really convince you to change your life either.  Family and friends can beg, plead, cajole, barter, threaten, or even withhold things to try to get you to change.  But in the end it is up to you to make the changes necessary to live a better life.

It is only you who can choose to change your life.

Winters’ Wise Word on his blog a while back was,  Nothing changes if nothing changes.”  These were words spoken by a mother of a former drug addict now celebrating full recovery.  I love that!

How true, when in AA they say “If you do the same thing over and over again you will get the same result.”  The reality is something must change and only we are in charge of that change. Only we can choose to eat better, get more exercise, stop drinking, stop smoking, stop taking that abuse, go to church, let go of clutter, let go of the affair, quit over spending, stop giving in to our kids … the list goes on and on.

Here is the  bottom line~ We must stop wishing our life was better or different.  We must stop wishing those people hadn’t hurt us so much. We can’t just click our heals together and our life will change in the blink if an eye.  We must “DO” something about it. We must do something different.  We must act. We must pray.  We must seek out support and most of all we need God’s help!  We need to get into to the word and seek the Lord most of all.

We must choose to change our life today!

It is painful, yes, but it is true.  We spend much of our lives blaming others.  Blaming them for what they didn’t do, what they did do, or for what they could have done and chose not to do and blah … blah … blah …

Thus, the facial features can get the desired enhancement with the help of homeopathy without going through much dreaded and controversial knife. purchase cheap levitra http://hartbuildersinc.com/html/partners.html Sexual well being is important cialis free shipping for any relationship. Stress, depression is another lading factor to cause low libido and soft tadalafil barriers sexual intercourse. Most often, levitra cialis viagra it was also associated with social stigma. We can spend way too many hours trying to change the past but the past will remain the same.  We can torture ourselves over our past choices but they are in the past.

We can lose precious time, too much life-giving energy and waste far too much of our breath and adjectives trying to rethink the past and how that individual or individuals screwed up our perfect world.

But our world was never really perfect, was it? REALLY?  People will let you down and we will even let ourselves down by the choices we have made but we must move on.

We are the only ones who can really change our lives. I usually look at it like this, I believe God sees the big picture and I don’t.

The longer you sit, the more time you waste time getting to where you want and need to be.

Again, I suggest you move on. We are the only ones who can make the choices necessary for us to live a better life.  Yes, you and I are the only ones who can set our sights on our goals, our dreams, our passions and pursuits and purpose.   Then we must go for it and quit wasting our precious time mulling over the past.

Try not to waste another moment thinking about what you should have done or could have been.  No!  Spend your energy building the life that can be!

Once again Sister, I say move on and start living the life YOU want and God wants for you!  Don’t be a victim but be victorious in your life’s pursuits for health, happiness and wholeness!

Be blessed and encouraged today as you begin to change yourself and your life one step, one thought, one action at time!

I know when you do you will feel more fit, fabYOUlous, bold and beautiful you  from the inside out!
