I sent this prayer out to all of those on the Thankful Thursday email list, but felt it was perfect for today.  It ia bit more wisdom then whimsy or wit but some Sunday’s are  just like that!
“Whatever it is in your life that you are waging war with, I pray that you will be released from that bondage and set free in the mighty name of Jesus!  And that God will open every door He wants opened for you!”
The funny thing was moments later I was waging war against a million black ants in my bedroom of all places. But life is full of moments, and sometimes we must wage war. But we first must know who, and what, are the enemy before we can prevail against it!  That is what I felt lead to pray for all of us today, as well as last Thursday.
I also offered this thought as well, as you clean and serve your family and friends this week.  It can often be a thankless job. But why not think about it this way, “Who is more blessed, the one who serves or the one serve?”
Sometimes it is simply a matter of perspective!
Be blessed and encouraged abundantly today as we remember this week that God is greater than any enemy that we wage war against!
