My heart is heavy today.  It has taken all day to pray and process my thoughts about  the right thing to write on this Thankful Thursday.

I pray this Thankful Thursday encourages and blesses you as we look at how others handle life-altering tragedy in their lives.

Last Saturday night, the weekend before Christmas, a family was headed home from dinner in our hometown.

They were driving along,  probably like most of  us, discussing Christmas. How wonderful it was to be with family, what Santa would bring them and how terrific the meal was that they had just shared as a family.

It was to be the last meal they would ever share as a family.  At least, here on earth.

A day that should end well, ended in a car accident.  Everyone was sent to the hospital. Four days before Christmas.

This Christmas and all future ones, will never be the same for this family.

There will always be an empty chair at the table from now on.

The father is in the hospital fighting for his life. Their precious daughter is safe in the arms of Jesus.

As I recently read in a poem, children are on loan to us from God.  They are here to teach us things.  That is what children do …
After the intake of Generic Cilais tadalafil tab people face a good flow of blood over their body especially over to the penile organs. This can help you to get the free tadalafil help and support from higher management. Though there are lots of reasons that act behind the disorder, the acupuncture4health.ca buy viagra effects of the impotency is immeasurable. Those who are undergoing hypertension can also put the heart and viagra shipping the vessels to the damage leaving nothing to the life.
But this story, as hard as it is to think about, has a beautiful silver angelic lining.

This precious family gave life in the midst of their loss. They donated their nine-year-old’s organs.

Now there are families that will not have an empty chair at their table. Their loved ones will be at the table next Christmas and the many Christmas’s to come due to the life-giving organ donations that were made from the  life of this sweet  precious child.

How do we celebrate this Thankful Thursday?

We give thanks that this family knows our Savior Jesus Christ and that through their loss, they have been an example of God’s grace and love. In the midst of their daughter’s death, her organs will save others.

What a beautiful gift this family, in the midst of their tragedy, have given to others.

I give thanks that we have a Savior to comfort, love, support and encourage us in our deepest pain and most difficult moments of our lives.

Dear sweet friends, be blessed and encouraged abundantly as we look at life through the eyes of another family.
